連續七年米芝蓮一星!!! 由跑馬地搬左去灣仔!!! 川味口水雞:單是欣賞這片荷葉碟子, 已經賞心悅目... 雞肉煮久了一點, 有點"o鞋"口...  但雞肉沒有太多脂肪, 健康!!! 口水雞汁只有一點點辣, 而且充滿香料香氣!!! 令這醬汁的味道層次很豐富!!! 杏汁燉白肺湯:喝一口便知道是廚師的超級心機之作!!! 香氣撲鼻的杏汁味道配濃郁白雪雪的白肺湯, 完全沒有味精, 味道非常的合奏的融在一起, 讚!!!  酸菜桂魚片:味道不夠酸, 有點名不符實... 桂魚片很滑很滑, 而且一根魚剌也沒有!!! 瓦罉焗胡椒蝦:整個瓦罉都盛了滿滿的白胡椒粒, 真材實料!!! 除了滿滿的白胡椒粒外, 還有共八隻大蝦!!! 從這道菜看得出廚師是一位心思非常細密的高人!!! 因為吃得出和看得出這蝦是經過多重細心步驟處理過的!!!  e.g. 蝦腳修剪過, 蝦身切開了1/3, 蝦頭尖角已剪掉... ... 所以這群被注滿愛心的蝦蝦們... 也充滿白胡椒粒的又辣又惹味的刺激口感!!! 紅油雲吞和四川擔擔麵:雲吞和擔擔麵也沒有什麼特別, 不過不失!!! 餐廳每位員工都很友善, 在我們的用餐期間都充滿笑容的用心服

喝一口便知道是廚師的超級心機之作!!!

香氣撲鼻的杏汁味道配濃郁白雪雪的白肺湯,

完全沒有味精, 味道非常的合奏的融在一起, 讚!!! 

 酸菜桂魚片:
味道不夠酸, 有點名不符實...

桂魚片很滑很滑, 而且一根魚剌也沒有!!!

從這道菜看得出廚師是一位心思非常細密的高人!!!

因為吃得出和看得出這蝦是經過多重細心步驟處理過的!!! 

 e.g. 蝦腳修剪過, 蝦身切開了1/3, 蝦頭尖角已剪掉... ...
