今日懶惰唔煮野又唔想出街食,所以叫左Pizza食,一打去就話要等個半鐘,咁都無所謂,諗住叫個新批試下嫁嘛,點知足足等左兩個鐘,之後我打去催佢地,佢地話已經出左車啦。

最後Pizza到啦,我比完錢(應該有4蚊要找嘅)轉身擺低個Pizza,點知轉個頭個速遞員就連錢都無找比我就咁走左啦,之後我一打開個Pizza成個蓋都痴住晒啲芝士同餡,簡直見到都唔吸引啦,味道其實同超級夏威夷無咩分別,反而超級夏威夷個茄汁好味過用新哩隻汁配囉,我覺得只係個外型唔同左啲啫!

我事後打返比何文田分店同佢講返,佢地本來話會mark低我個電話咁等我下次再order果陣就會送返客小食比我,但係事隔兩個月我再打去order問啲接線生我個電話有無mark低個經理話會有野送呀?佢話無囉~ 所以我覺得咁樣對待客人嘅投訴唔係咁好囉,而且言而無信!

希望佢地可以明白顧客嘅感受多啲啦!
