這就是酒店管理的OUTLET...真的無言

很久沒去酒店CAFE吃BUFFET了,事緣母親大人正好是生日,中菜也吃太多了,全家成員也想吃一次西餐,於是隨便找了這間聚腳...可惜..我到來前應該看一下OPEN RICE的食評...基本上..沒錯餐類是多選擇,,但只是那些什麼冷盤..青口,長腳蟹,菜沙律,沒有名字的芝士碟,燒味,印式煎薄餅(不是NAAN),例湯兩款,泰式炒飯.金邊粉,咖哩,(全是沒味道,沒新意),還有標題是明爐蒸烏魚(但怎看那條是大黃花魚吧),好心沒烏魚經理也應換了那名字吧,再來那些家常炒菜,一般的餐廳甜品,自助COFFEE,TEA(像水一樣),還有一些沒意思的根本上吃也不想,看到也反胃了,價錢三百多一位,我們一共9人(不是錢的問題,吃酒店BUFFET預左),但酒店總廚和F & B MANAGER,餐廳經理返工是閉上眼睛開工的嗎??請不要說我太火的評語,原因是貴公司實在在欺騙我們的眼,耳,口,鼻吧,總括說..同價錢在5 ,6 星級酒店OUTLET內,一定比你們好非常多,,係咁
