逐碟計同放題 ... 真有大不同先有教授韓燒烤肉技考,配菜、爐邊蛋、雜菜雜果沙律均是在用餐期間無限任添。食材中無論是肉類還是海鮮都有給人新鮮、厚件的感覺, 除了在餐牌上有特別註明是有作調味的, 基本上都是吃食材的原汁原味。韓國來的豬肉腸, 燒香後的腸皮是薄而脆口, 肉質實正, 最好味是腸內有粟米粒, 超甜呢!兩隻大蝦肉爽脆, 蝦頭膏燒至焦起更是另番美味!食材燒香後, 生菜、配料、醬汁包一包才吃, 個人覺得可減少燥火!輪到貝殼類食材, 侍應生會幫忙換上新烤網, 再反轉使用 (成籃狀) , 方便把全部貝殼撒進去, 旺火直燒, 海產甜味盡出。
