另外燒的時候個人建議先燒豬肉出下油先, 再燒牛肉雞肉.

燒牛肉要大火, 快燒. 咁樣食就夠juicy. 唔係慢慢燒就變牛肉乾! 
燒雞肉可以放旁邊慢慢燒, 因為太快會好易燶.

豬肉正常燒就無問題.
