有舊同學在科學園負責物管工作,一直對這餐廳讚不絕口,今天終於可以試試!“爆汁乳鴿”,果然名不虛傳,炸乳鴿的火候控制質相當好,鴿還嫩滑多汁,很有水準。“烈焰菠蘿炒飯”,菠蘿下半截塗了臘一樣的燃料,上桌時用火點著,先來一場大龍鳳 ... 始終是大龍鳳,不可能改變菠蘿殼內炒飯的質數 ,但這炒飯實在也炒得很好, 熱、乾、香,一個字「正」!“火雲叉燒”,又玩放火,全部肥叉,吃下去,也可以。還有這三小碟特色點心 ... “三色黑魚子燒賣”,肉餡還juicy,味道不錯。“牛油果蝦春卷”,把牛油果蓉包在春捲皮內,確有不一樣的口感。“流心綠茶芝麻球”,流心餡做得不錯,夠香夠軟滑,外皮又炸得酥脆,值得推介!
