To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同一班老友在康怡廣場金公館飯聚,開懷暢飲下,叫了不少下酒菜水準而都甚高。特別欣賞他的辣子雞和水煮魚:辣子雞夠乾夠脆,但咬下去仍然有肉汁,味道相當不俗;水煮魚魚肉嫩滑,但我最欣賞的是裏面的雞紅。我本身對豬紅、雞紅等一向印象一般,但是這裏的雞紅真的很好吃,我忍不住了吃了三大塊。以往他的灣仔舊舖,以川菜辣菜著名,搬到太古後新增了不少其他菜式,羊肉、生腸和填鴨都有水準,特別是生腸,入味肥美而不失爽脆,值得一試。因為美味的下酒菜,今晚喝了不少,但是難得和老友共聚,真的相當高興。
