To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間潮庭幫襯咗都成十年有多,不論係食物質素,抑或服務質素方面,都愈嚟愈差。但就一年加幾次價,點心陰啲陰啲咁一蚊/兩蚊咁加,小點都加到$38,腸粉就$46,茶錢就已經加到$18一位。 set 位就永遠成圍枱先比一對公筷,其他潮庭係每人set两對筷子㗎,叫碟炒飯就連公羹都無配備既? 叫人大家食口水尾? 要搵侍應拎,就應咗你就算,遲遲都唔拎比你。粟米鱼肚粥就永遠都搵唔到魚肚既,似食緊白粥一樣,但一碗要賣差不$50呀! 比幾塊魚肚人食吓都唔過份啫! 而家仲 cheap 到每張枱擺個暖水壺比客自己 refill, 但由上手客人一直循環再用,永遠個壺都係無水既?!真係仲差過街坊酒樓! 同樣都係潮庭,點解水準可以同其他相差咁遠?! 與其呢間轉型做街坊酒樓,價錢係咪理應都下調吓至啱呢!!
