今次試咗個午市椒宴套餐($668/位),開頭仲怕會好辣,點知又幾有驚喜喎。佢好巧妙咁用咗花椒,以椒麻香為點綴,整出好多唔同層次嘅香味同麻香。就算我唔太食得辣都覺得好正,真係幾創新😚涼菜四味碟:胭脂蘿蔔、薑汁豬肚、燒椒茭白、燈影魚片紅花椒&膏花椒。有啲柑橘嘅果香同玫瑰花香,幾惹味,麻麻哋咁,做前菜一流。山椒豬耳凍配魚子醬:彰花椒嘅檸檬、香茅木質香味同魚子醬好夾,口感好特別。蝴蝶竹蓀湯配山椒精油:個湯睇落清清哋,但飲落好香金華火腿味,正!可自己選擇加山胡椒精油提香。四川宮保竹胎兒蝦球:用上漢源貢椒嘅玫瑰、柳橙、柚子香味,同啲蝦球好夾,微微辣香,啱啱好。老成都水煮安格斯牛肉(茂縣大紅袍):茂縣大紅袍嘅辛香味同薄荷嘅涼涼哋感覺,加埋嫩牛肉,麻香好持久,食完都仲記得個味。之後芹菜好清新,refresh返味蕾。主食麻婆豆腐燒鮑魚配飯:淡源貢椒嘅玫瑰、柳橙、柚子香味,同鮑魚、豆腐好滑,唔會太辣,撈飯一流。甜品怪味雪糕:帶微微麻香,面上仲加左脆脆米口感。另外叫了貢椒茶:食完飲杯貢椒茶,暖胃又解膩,仲有陣麻香。
