捱了好一段日子,終於可以4人一檯,食到10點鐘,雖然係暫時性,餐廳好彩少少嘅,都可以翻一轉檯,總算有些少喘息空間。餐廳走的是年輕人路線,所以在價位上不會太進取,開放式廚房,有種人頭湧湧,充滿活力的感覺。雖然侍應人數不多,但快手快腳,非常有效率。頭盤先來(Tuna Avocado Tartare)($198)「秘製吞拿魚牛油果他他配醃洋蔥」,牛油果是出奇地落得重手,帶來油潤的口感;牛肉質地細嫩,與洋蔥清新爽脆,層次分明,我鍾意。主菜是(Meat lovers Pizza) ($198)「情人眼裏出肉肉」。當然是即叫即烘,邊位帶焦香,表面是溶化的Mozzarella,放滿了莎樂美腸、Parma Ham、Finocchiona、Pancetta及辣肉腸,份量十足,拎上手會到熱燙,味道豐富。個人反而幾喜歡(Squid Ink Spaghetti with caviar & red shrimp tartarte) ($328)「紅蝦他他魚子醬墨汁意粉」,紅與黑的色澤調和,紅蝦他他食落肉質甜美,置頂的魚子醬倍添矜貴感,唯一要挑剔的是意大利麵條未夠al dente ,可能是要遷就香港人的口味吧!同

最後,當然係甜品時間,可能要顧及小朋友客人,(Tiramisu) ($68)「提拉米蘇」並未有加入冧酒,所以感覺比較乾身,與及欠了一份濕潤的感覺。

反而Semifreddo Cappuccino($68)就好得多,帶半溶的質感,朱古力味道濃郁,咬落冰涼透心,正。
