To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十幾年前喺元朗本店食開，當時仲係舊舖未裝修，估唔到依家開到咁多分店，仲將街頭風味升級，除咗車仔麵，仲有一串串小食，好似以前喺街邊食串串一樣，成個 vibe 返晒嚟！蘿蔔一咬落去，湯汁滲出嚟，特別清甜，帶淡淡香氣，炆到夠晒入味，好難唔令人懷疑係咪有咩獨門秘技！ - 咖喱魚蛋夠彈牙，咖喱汁掛得勻，每粒都入晒味。 - 牛筋燜到啱啱好，入口即化，滿滿膠質感。 - 大腸滷得夠淋，完全無腥味，仲帶少少甘香。 - 豬滑溜得嚟唔會粉粉地，輕輕一咬滲出滷水香氣，食完超滿足。- 豬吸晒湯汁，入口即化，仲帶微微膠質感，完全唔覺自己食緊啲罪惡嘢。- 魷魚爽口彈牙，食落有嚼勁，每條都掛晒滷汁，越咬越香！佢哋最近推出咗一串串小食，好似以前街邊食嗰啲串燒，雞腎、雞皮、魷魚鬚、豬紅都有，全部滷得夠入味，啱晒一班朋友一人一串邊食邊吹水！鮮油多比起一般茶餐廳貴少少，但真係食落去就知點解值！牛油切得特別厚，夠香濃，每啖都充滿牛油香氣，最重要係——夠！凍！一咬落去，凍冰冰嘅牛油慢慢溶開，配埋烘得微脆嘅多士，簡直係邪惡之最！呢度嘅樽仔奶茶都好出色，夠凍之餘，茶底帶微微熟普洱香氣，奶滑而不膩，完全唔係平時嗰啲
