To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去咗永年士多,食到呢家人氣茶餐廳嘅招牌車仔麵。一坐低就先揀左條油麵做底,瞓底又滑,唔該加嗮麻辣湯底走起!湯底香辣得嚟又唔會太辣,啱啱好嗲嗲辣嘅feel,入面嘅魷魚同豬皮好有嚼勁,特別係啲魚蛋,爽口彈牙,啖啖都嘆為觀止🐟。再講下隻雞翼,真係香到出晒雞味,外皮焗得啱啱好,皮脆肉嫩,咬落去滋味爆炸💥。當然唔少得加配蔬菜,撈埋件菜心,清新提味,好夠晒滋味。另外,試咗個抹茶紅豆冰,呢杯嘢飲真係清新過癮,抹茶同紅豆搭得咁好,甜而不膩,一吸一啖簡直太過癮。再黎個咖央多士,外層酥脆,內裡香軟,鬆化心頭好呀~😌整體嚟講,呢度嘅車仔麵真係幾正宗,野又多樣,足料又過癮。下次同朋友搞東搞西累嗰陣,又可以過來搵食,填飽肚皮,滿足晒啲食慾。💪🎉🍴
