To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日就黎到呢間飲食店試下啲咩嘢好食，一踏入去，首先感受到半開放式廚房帶嚟嘅活力，咁就選左幾款菜色嚟嘗鮮喇。嗱！首先係鐵板蒜香一口牛定食，個牛肉冧爆到唔得了，咬落去彷彿可以聽到啖啖汁水嘅歌聲。再加上啲洋蔥、蒜頭，個撈醬真係夠曬味！再嚟，原條蒲燒鰻魚定食就真係一個驚喜，鰻魚雖然略嫌幼骨多咗啲，但塊肉滑溜溜，伴隨著甘甜嘅照燒汁，你話正不正呢？！而家諗起個溫泉蛋混入白飯嘅畫面，仲流緊口水呢😋！最後㗎，家陣得閒可以試吓佢哋的烏冬同蟹粥，我期待係佢哋會同我今日嘗到嘅一樣，令人驚喜連連！總體黎講，食物幾優秀，店員態度又友善，下次搵食，記得摺埋嚟搵佢哋啦🍚🥢。
