To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係我呀，今天跟兒子去完工展會後，便積極尋找一個好玩好食好地方。原先想使用delifrance Coupon的，但不幸地，在聖誕節期間卻未能使用。經過一段爭扎，挑選了1）百芳豬扒便當($59)2）百芳滷雞扒便當($63)3）阿薩姆紅茶4）碳燒烏龍等了一會兒，就已經可以吃了。先品嚐了百芳豬扒便當，一個便當至少包含3種蔬菜(粟米、黃芽白、酸菜）、粉絲、滷水蛋，台灣白飯等。材料豐富，值得一吃再吃！主菜是一個厚切的豬扒，啖啖肉，沒有太多的炸粉遮蓋了原有味道！至於那個百芳滷雞扒便當，材料跟上述一樣，雞扒就反而沒有豬扒那樣好吃，主因是沒有味道，只是一塊普普通通的雞扒。總觀來說，以這個價錢，此店在希慎廣場內絕對是一所價廉物美的食店😊
