To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時同朋友去覓食就多啦今次跟爸爸去食海鮮 我阿爸勁鍾意食海鮮又鍾意煮飯宴請親朋所以平時佢煮飯都成日會買魚蝦蟹近年佢少左下廚不過唔緊要 跟住佢我仍然有口福食到爆哂quota呀我有蟶子 蟹 老虎斑二食 鮑魚 大蝦 蠔最特別係鮑魚好多時唔係炆就蒸原來炸到幾好食變左外脆內煙韌仲有好特別嘅秋葵炒淮山淮山煲湯我就知啫我未試過食炒生嘅淮山原來幾爽口 幾得意喎仲有叫左炒飯都炒得幾香去三聖食海鮮揀海天就一定貴啦所以有好多人會去啲大排檔本身以為揀呢間酒樓會貴但係又唔算好貴喎仲要坐得舒服嘛所以係個唔錯嘅選擇
