唔講唔覺好似咁大個先第一次去石籬🤔,今晚就去左一間朝早食點心,夜晚多數食火鍋嘅餐廳。不過foodpigss🐷🐷就兩者都無食,而係食海鮮多🤗,事關佢嘅名都有得你嗌,係漁夫餐廳😝首先係食左冰鎮海生蝦($128)將蝦白灼後冰鎮能夠鎖住水份,變得更爽口,同時都能夠保持鮮味之後就係豉椒炒蕃薯蜆($128)餐廳用左彩椒黎炒蜆令成碟餸更多色彩。另外仲加左煎米粉底($30),煎完後餅形咁擺喺底令啲汁滲入米粉會更入味,又唔會太dry然後再飲返盅杏仁豬肺白菜湯($48)杏仁味豐富,豬肺都有成4,5舊,好真材實料而石窩金銀蒜蟹飯($108)上枱時仲係熱勒勒,飯係用蒜黎炒,從而令成個飯更香,配埋蟹就一流,不得不說係份量好夠,4人食都得最後就係一個驚喜!甜品時間到~呢隻最近好紅嘅沙皮狗,一開始食落以為係雪糕,但食食下有啲似蛋糕,最後結論最似係慕絲😜,質感就較平時食果啲硬啲,味道係朱古力味。不得不說,除左size外,真係勁似一隻狗狗,近睇啲毛都好真😆,真係忍唔住拍多幾張照📷,之後就狠心殺左佢食「狗肉」🤪,真係估唔到會喺點心火鍋餐廳出現
