To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由小到大,我最喜愛到跑馬地街市樓上吃東西,早上有馳名的昌記厚多士,晚上有美味銖記海鮮,今晩又相約到來食消夜,盡享海鮮美宴。我們於毓秀街拍好車後,便由地下用扶手電梯轉上3樓,左邊第一間便是銖記海鮮飯店,一進去已經受到店員熱情招待,隨便選擇位置坐下,差不多晩上10時,人不算太多,我們於一角坐下,看着鮮艷奪目的餐牌,深深地美食相片吸引住。最後我們點了招牌雞燉翅$298,黃金鮮魷$78,沙薑雞腳$48,還有無限的啤酒⋯不久我的最愛沙薑雞腳上枱,我是餓到一個點,完全忘記拍照,一口氣吃了兩隻雞腳才記得拿出手機來,原本一碟有六隻的,千萬不要誤會他們偷工減料,$48非常抵食,濃郁的沙薑味道配合肥美的雞腳簡直是絕配,當刻的我完全沒有儀態了,幸好朋友們忙著把酒當歌,沒有太留意到。邪惡的黃金鮮魷上枱,看着差不多30件的鮮魷,$78物超所值!外表炸到金黃色,完全找不到一件炸燶;咬進去是一口一口又新鮮又爽口的鮮魷,只需簡單配合蛋黃碎作調味,已經取得一百分。招牌雞燉翅亦上枱,這個例鍋超值抵食,大約可分到10碗左右。這鍋大約還有10隻雞腳,還有無數的魚翅,香濃的雞湯味道調味得意,飲後身體感到一陣溫暖,最適合身子比較
