嚟到元朗區探朋友,友人知我平時少湯水,專誠帶我嚟試第一次嚟,慢慢睇,店員(可能係老闆)好細心咁走嚟講話揀咗飯先,因為煲仔飯製作需時。首先上菜係酒糟雞翼,一打開蓋就聞到陣陣酒香,雞翼入味兩個燉湯足料又夠火喉,份量有三碗以上,湯料大部份都食得,每個燉湯都有2人份量。清清地叫個瓜,唯一缺點係嚟得太早,等到飯嚟,D瓜都凍晒。約二十分鐘煲仔飯登場,飯是乾身的,臘味尚算足料,很香哩個肉餅厚度夠,飯乾身但肉餅juicy,蝦干味就比較淡淡的。 主角始終都係飯焦雖然飯一嚟就打開蓋,但每煲都搵到幾片飯焦,少少脆又唔痴牙
