To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 揾食時偶然發現呢家越南河店，一眼望去已經流晒口水🤤。對面一枱啲人正食緊個超大碟澎湃嘅「火車頭」河粉，同桌嘅伙伴一拍即合咁決定挑戰！菜上嚟時眼光一亮，鮮嫩牛肉、彈牙牛丸，再撒上少少香草，簡直係視覺大餐。湯底清澈得嚟味美鮮甜，啲河粉呢，滑溜溜嘅又夠幼，與生牛肉一撈即食，簡直係上心頭！🍜 口感上嚟講，啲牛肉野真係唔渣，透住柔軟見到新鮮。話曬，食物嘅魅力就係於新鮮度喺度，越簡單越講究。呢家店唔止食物吸引，連個氣氛都輕鬆得嚟，即使周圍坐滿咗人，都唔會覺得嘈雜。店員服務好，唔會令人感到急躁，感覺得到佢哋嘅幾份熱情。雖然「火車頭」可能會勁飽肚，但係你一試，定必回味無窮。😌💕 下次，唔該記得叫埋個咸檸七或紅豆冰嚟開開胃啦！
