今次我黎到黎間專食藍鰭吞拿魚既餐廳。餐廳老闆既宗旨係希望可以令港人以親民既價錢品嘗到有質素既吞拿魚,等人們都可以加強對吞拿魚既認識同一嘗其風味。所以餐廳全部採用吞拿魚之中最高級既品種−藍鰭吞拿魚,而且全部都係原條直送,再由餐廳自行切割,為求可以令客人品嘗到最高品質既吞拿魚。另外,餐廳職員亦係我地落單之前好詳盡咁同我地講解關於吞拿魚既小知識同各款菜式,等客人對食材有更多既了解。夢之丼由大拖羅、中拖羅及赤身3款吞拿魚再加迷你吞拿魚燒賣組成。由於餐廳採用嚴選整條吞拿魚,就算係赤身都比外面一般舖頭質素好好多,鮮味滿滿而且唔會係淡而得雪藏味;中拖羅就甘香肥美,味道濃厚;大拖羅真係好好食,入口即溶,油脂豐腴但又唔會太漏,真係好想食多幾嚿!!帶子肉餅飯大大嚿既鮮帶子,一入口好明顯食到帶子果種鮮味,仲要又厚又大口感十足!!另外,仲有海量新鮮既吞拿魚肉,砌成肉餅咁嘅款放喺飯上面,超級juicy!!!極上拖羅配柚子燒賣用新鮮肥美嘅拖羅再配上柚子,拖羅入口即溶油脂豐富再配上柚子味化解返陣油味,所有嘢啱啱好明太子魷魚燒賣但有少少辣味嘅名太子配上鮮味爽口嘅魷魚,同時燒賣加入咗吞拿魚蓉同京蔥,令到燒賣味道強烈得來

帶子肉餅飯
大大嚿既鮮帶子,一入口好明顯食到帶子果種鮮味,仲要又厚又大口感十足!!另外,仲有海量新鮮既吞拿魚肉,砌成肉餅咁嘅款放喺飯上面,超級juicy!!!

但有少少辣味嘅名太子配上鮮味爽口嘅魷魚,同時燒賣加入咗吞拿魚蓉同京蔥,令到燒賣味道強烈得來又夠爽口魷魚帶有清新嘅感覺,值得大家一試!


珍寶甜蝦燒賣
藍鮨吞拿魚蓉加上大大隻新鮮甜蝦,同時配上適量嘅飛魚子,大甜蝦令燒賣充滿質感,同時飛魚子令到口感豐富。
