你有冇同我一樣, 食日本嘢🏮已經食到覺得毫無創意,好悶?🎎如果係咁,我而家就推薦呢一間🏠餐廳俾你啦,你係絕對唔可以錯過㗎🤩!男朋友帶左我去尖沙咀《夜,鐵板燒》,之前已經book mark 左,而家就try try 啦😜1️⃣ 小肌 ( 白板昆布)。e咦!之前都冇試過食呢種魚!勁師傅介紹之下就知道小肌其實亦都叫做小鮨,係鰶嘅魷魚。係江戶前壽司嘅一種!🐟小肌魚係超考壽司師傅嘅功力,😺小肌魚本身唔係特別好食,但係經過壽司師傅嘅用心製作就會令到呢個壽司😯變得非常特別!師傅用鹽同埋醋控制咗魚嘅味道,令到呢款唔係咁特別嘅魚變得非常鮮味同好食😵,令佢變成極品sushi !呢個就係江戶前壽司師傅嘅傳統功夫啦!😎2️⃣ 帆立貝 ( 柚子青檸汁). 口感鮮甜😽😽,配上現場即刻整嘅柚子青檸汁,更顯美味🥰師傅加入柚子青檸汁,令到口感獨特清新!🥳3️⃣ 中拖羅 (熟成/dry aged)。油脂分布勁靚😙開頭我哋仲以為係和牛🤣🤣呢款拖羅肉質比較爽口,結實食落去油分非常香,亦都唔會蓋過咗本身魚嘅鮮味。!4️⃣ 赤身。赤身都係拖羅嘅一種。顏色比較紅,脂肪比例都高😌 呢個壽司有恰到好處嘅魚油香😚,甘甜清新,回甘味濃😝
