星期六去奧海城逛逛前,就去了壹壹漁一吃個午餐,之前也吃過晚餐buffet很不錯,所以過來嚐嚐午餐~~午餐有三款前菜、餐湯、沙律、甜品,先上菜的用木盤送上,整體環境也很舒服~感覺很好。前菜有咖喱牛腩,很入味,有枝豆和無骨鳳爪,鳳爪是用柳橙辣汁煮的甜甜辣辣令人很開胃~餐湯是南瓜忌廉湯,很滑很creamy~沙律是羽衣甘藍配粟米柚子汁,味道很清新,讓人想一食再食~到主菜了我選了48度慢煮三文魚配冷麵,這個超美味,三文魚用慢煮方法特別腍滑,能夠保留肉汁,味道更突出~冷麵質感有彈性,有點蒟蒻的感覺,香濃芝麻味,甜甜的很美味~另一個主菜是黑松露蟹籽吞拿魚伴意粉,咬下蟹籽啪啪的口感很有嚼頭,吞拿魚和冷意粉這個配搭是完美的~另外還點了5隻生蠔,$10一隻,超大隻又新鮮真的在哪裡可以找到呢!泰式生蝦肉質也很彈牙、鮮味~餐廳還有戶外,有不少植物,坐出去一邊喝咖啡一邊聊挺寫意~
