今日黎到喱間,出哂名嘅食店,試一試佢招牌嘅清湯腩😻😋裝修同普通嘅粉麵舖好唔同,比較精緻優雅一啲,拎過米芝蓮果然係唔同啲。 清湯牛四寶河($58) - 一碗入面已經滿足哂四個願望,有牛脷、牛肚、牛腩同牛筋。其中最令我有驚喜嘅唔單只係牛腩,佢嘅牛筋同樣非常出色。烹調牛筋嘅火喉同時間掌握同控制得好好,徘徊係入口即融與有咬口之間,不會煮得太淋,一個字,正!以清湯烹調嘅牛腩,主要係食番牛嘅原汁原味,喱度嘅牛選得好靚,牛味夠香夠濃,而且好新鮮呀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
