「炭燒🔥澳洲🇦🇺和牛🇯🇵肉眼扒(M7)配紅酒汁(Add $60)」:「和牛🇯🇵肉眼🥩」要咗五成熟,炭燒🔥所以有少少smoky 香味,切開裏面牛肉仲係粉紅色🤩,油脂適中,肉質真係好軟熟,好好味😋;仲有配菜 法邊豆同 薯仔都煮得好食👍

「蛋白脆餅配醃士多啤梨,士多啤梨🍓雪糕」:「蛋白脆餅」Meringue 成個白雪雪圓圓哋脆卜卜(有興趣可以上網睇吓 Meringue / Pavlova / Macaron 嘅少少分別),將佢敲碎,配埋 marinated strawberries 同 strawberry ice cream,又脆又軟又甜又凍冰冰,好味兼食得我好開心😁
