‘和牛燒肉一郎’算是近來食過最高質嘅日式燒肉店,供應坊間少見嘅小田A4和牛,燒肉套餐豐儉由人,由$298-$938不等,星期一至四價錢比較平,今次試咗套餐C ($598/位),有110款食物選擇,包括雞肉、豚肉、牛肉、牛壽司、牛刺身、炸物、甜品等等,非常豐富,食物透過’燒肉新幹線’送到面前,非常有gimmick。除咗單點嘅食物,仲有極尚花盛盒、舟盛、桶盛,賣相非常精緻,好啱打卡,極尚花盛盒將肉類砌到花瓣,好似拎住一盒花;另外舟盛好似海盜船,上面嘅旗寫住餐廳名,舟盛除咗肉類,仲有2款海鮮;桶盛以肉類為主,諗吾到點咩既朋友可以直接點組合盛,可以一次過試晒唔同品種嘅肉類。最深刻係是日寶箱,入面放住當日新鮮即切小田和牛,仲有乾冰,職員仲會當場幫你燒埋,牛味濃,咬落去有口感。另外牛壽司亦很出色,有生牛肉壽司同埋香蔥生牛腹肉碎壽司,色澤呈鮮紅色,質感柔軟。特選拌生牛肉混合左柔嫩生牛肉粒同埋生蛋黃,入口非常滑。鍾意食牛舌嘅朋友一定要試極上厚切牛舌同埋特上牛舌棒,入口爽脆有嚼勁,薄炙蔥花牛舌將牛舌切至超薄和一大塊上菜,燒一陣就食得,油花均勻,非常爽口,非常值得試。整體來說,肉類非常新鮮,用料上乘,二甜

整體來說,肉類非常新鮮,用料上乘,二甜品選擇亦好多,有8款唔同種類嘅日本雪條,推薦紅豆雪條或者海鹽荔枝雪條,非常清新,唔會太甜。
