話說好耐冇去海港城, 趁今日放平日, 約朋友黎呢度hea 一個下午先~ 我實在太out, 唔知呢度開左咁多新餐廳, 精挑細選下見呢間個景咁正, menu 價錢又唔貴, 就揀佢啦  入到去環境闊落, 好光猛, 人又唔多, 好舒服! 


Menu 簡而精, 款式算多, 驚唔飽就食夠4個 course 都得 XD



落完單後, 極速有一小籃子麵包, 熱熱的好軟熟 , 牛油好似加左粗鹽, 幾好食   同時亦好快上左兩杯咖啡給兩個未回魂的女士~ 出奇地好濃滑啡味, 唔差!!! 



蟹肉餅配他他醬 -  三小塊食完唔會好飽, 蟹肉餅表面焦脆, 內裡就滿滿柔軟蟹肉, 配以他他醬令成件事冇咁漏 

焦糖洋蔥法式薄撻配栗子菇、巴馬芝士及鵪鶉蛋 - 大多數用酥皮做既底都會淋pat pat, 呢個薄撻上檯時溫度微熱而且香脆。炒過既焦糖洋蔥令香氣同甜度同時增加, 金黃色賣相好吸引! 鵪鶉蛋食落冇特別味道, 但加埋巴馬芝士既咸度, 有水準!! 係本餐最愛 

我地兩個都揀埋同一個main course: 香煎三文魚配塊根芹、藍青口及修龍醬 - 份量唔多, 但幾個course 加埋就剛好。三文魚唔好鞋, 唔沾佢個醬都好香, 有兩小舊brocolinni, my favourite!


來到最重要既甜品啦~~~ 黑朱古力塞維亞橙慕絲, dark chocolate 好濃郁, 加返少許橙皮帶出中和效果, 味道唔會過甜/好漏。另外滑嘟嘟既mousse 加埋花生粒, 口感幾得意~


反烤蘋果撻配酸奶油及焦糖醬 - 呢個都keep 到水準, 千層撻上放咗蘋果肉, 一整個酸酸甜甜 

雖然每道菜都份量不多, 但所有加埋其實夠哂飽肚。
最緊要每味菜都可以慢慢品嚐, 侍應態度又好, 個景又正, 成個午餐都令人好舒服

Harbour Front view is FAKE, you can't book outside at all. I tried to reserve 2 months in advance, the manager was like, I am sorry, but can't reserve outside. Hong Kong has such service is shameful
