究極堂真係唔講得笑。每一道菜都係味蕾嘅盛宴,擺盤又精緻,真係食得又睇得!首先要講嘅係招牌「究極丼飯」,呢碗飯真係「海陸空齊飛」,上面鋪滿厚切三文魚、吞拿魚、帆立貝、仲有好多唔同嘅海鮮,每啖都好似喺口入面爆開,鮮味直衝腦門,配埋微微甘甜嘅壽司飯,實在滿足。跟住嗌咗個「蟹膏豆腐鱈魚乾」,豆腐滑得好似啫喱咁,一夾就散,蟹膏鹹香撲鼻,鱈魚乾增加咗層次感,有啖口又唔會太膩。至於「鹽燒白鱔」,就真係不得了,魚皮燒到微焦微脆,肉質依然保持嫩滑,咬落去有油脂滲出,配埋檸檬汁一齊食,完全中和咗油膩感,令人一啖接一啖。卷物方面,我試咗「香芒軟殼蟹卷」,個芒果甜得啱啱好,唔會搶晒味,反而同軟殼蟹嘅香脆融合得天衣無縫。之後嘅「溫泉蛋半和風牛肉飯」都好有驚喜,牛肉薄切嫩滑,加上溫泉蛋戳開後嘅蛋黃醬汁,黏住每粒飯,每啖都充滿牛香蛋香。甜品方面,我一定要力推「焦糖芝士蛋糕」,面層燒到啱啱焦脆,有少少焦糖香,內層芝士滑到好似雪糕咁,甜而不膩。而「抹茶牛奶朱古力」亦都令人驚喜,抹茶味濃郁又唔苦澀,中和咗朱古力嘅甜,比例恰到好處。最後配杯「柑桔有氣果酒」,酸酸甜甜,透心涼,收尾非常舒服。整體嚟講,究極堂無論喺食材、味道、
