今次係第三次同朋友過嚟食飯啦,之前兩次都係食夜晚今次就過嚟食佢哋午餐,估唔到水準依然都係咁好😎✨鰻魚茶漬飯親眼見到總廚喺度用炭火燒鰻魚,外皮非常香脆,有炭烤味而且好嫩滑,配上Wasabi可以中和油膩感。另外欣賞佢茶漬飯嘅茶都唔係普通,係加入咗少少梅味道,所以配搭鰻魚嚟食會有少少甜味食落去都好夾。✨總廚木村先生家族1956年首創宮崎南蠻炸雞定食以呢個價錢$188咁大份超級抵食,雞肉雖然係炸但係肉質依然非常嫩滑,加上仲有配菜蒸蛋同埋湯非常飽肚。✨烤赤茄子好Juicy有炭香味,冇平時茄子嗰種揦脷嘅味道🍆✨阿波尾雞肝雞肝充滿着炭香同埋勁爽口,配辣醬好惹味。✨自家製雞肉丸配黃金蛋有雞軟骨喺入面好有口感。✨炸日式醬油丸子超級香脆嘅外皮,入面係煙煙韌韌嘅年糕質地,係一個好好味嘅甜品。
