甘鯛魚鱗燒:先用薄薄的一浸油把魚鱗炸至豎立,然後才煎香魚肉。魚鱗極為香脆可口,魚肉仍是甜美滑嫩,正!

和牛肉眼扒:加入適量的鹽、黑椒和醬油,簡單地呈現和牛極致濃郁的油香,材料靚真係點都會好食!

鰤魚壽司:口感滑嫩柔軟,滲出一陣陣鮮甜味!

火炙赤蝦壽司:香口得黎,蝦肉又夠甜美!

醬油漬鰤魚壽司:醬油帶出了魚肉的鮮甜味,幾好!

毛蟹蟹肉蟹膏軍艦:師傅細心地挑出蟹肉,再跟蟹膏混和,才能做出這麼鮮濃的軍艦!

吞拿魚蓉手卷
師傅會先用最肥美的拖羅邊燒出魚油,再混入拖羅蓉中,堅係極盡肥美,每咬一口都油香四溢,呢個手卷真係不得了!
