To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實都知道出名咗好耐，今日就試吓外賣一個四餸車仔麵，餸同湯都是分開上的。先嚟一打開個湯既盒，試一試個湯先，飲第一啖係超鹹，我即時加咗熱水溝淡個湯。我叫咗個餸是蘿蔔、魚蛋、酸齋同雞翼。蘿蔔是吸收晒佢嘅湯底嘅味，又濃又鹹，陳皮魚蛋都是食到湯底的鹹味，雞翼是滷水的，但唔覺有滷水味，唯一個酸齋是正常的。我配咗油麵，我覺得成碗嘢都好鹹，所以都食唔到，每樣食咗一兩舊就冇食，所以今次覺得好中伏，一碗嘢連飲品差不多$90，但我食咗三份一都冇。
