今晚我們去咗觀塘輔仁街嘅「廣東燒味餐廳」食晚飯!我們叫咗芥蘭炒臘味嘅芥蘭好爽脆無根,而且吸收晒臘味嘅油香味!涼瓜魚雲煲嘅魚雲唔會有好厚嘅炸粉,肉質相當鮮甜嫩滑,涼瓜嘅味道好甘甜爽口,唔會炒得好腍身!脆皮燒腩仔拼蜜汁叉燒嘅燒腩仔燒得相當脆皮,肉質非常鬆軟,叉燒嘅肉質極之鬆化軟滑,蜜汁嘅味道超香甜!梅菜蒸鯇魚蒸嘅火候控制得恰到好處,唔會過火,肉質非常鮮甜嫩滑,梅菜嘅味道好香甜!老火例湯:佛手瓜煲豬𦟌嘅湯料十足,湯底嘅味道好清甜香濃!
