由於呢幾日嘅天氣都好凍,所以我們今晚去咗屯門卓爾居嘅「海港酒家」食養生蒸氣石鍋!之前試過他們好抵食嘅養生蒸氣石鍋全包餐,所以今次我們選擇單叫,我們叫咗原條沙巴龍躉、斑馬瀨尿蝦皇、八頭南非鮑魚、安格斯肥牛、花菇紅棗雲耳蒸走地鷄「半隻」、刀貝、薑汁酒蒸花膠筒同南瓜排骨珍珠米粥底!原條沙巴龍躉係新鮮即叫即劏,肉質超級嫩滑同鮮甜彈牙!斑馬瀨尿蝦皇嘅肉質極之爽甜彈牙,而且有超多膏!八頭南非鮑魚非常爽口彈牙!安格斯肥牛嘅肉質相當嫩滑,色澤紅潤,肉味亦好香濃!花菇紅棗雲耳蒸走地鷄「半隻」嘅鷄肉吸收晒紅棗嘅甜味,令到肉質非常香甜嫩滑!刀貝嘅味道相當清甜!薑汁酒蒸花膠筒係用薑汁同酒嚟醃,可以完全撇除花膠嘅腥味,真係好好味!南瓜排骨珍珠米粥底嘅粥由開頭煲到尾同吸收晒所以海鮮同肉類嘅精華,令到粥底嘅味道超鮮甜!
