一要大班人收工打邊爐,我地一定會去搵ricky XDD 因為呢度開到好夜,而且D食材真係好高質素,重點係:抵!!!呢度個menu永遠都係得個名無價錢,不過都無所謂,反正人多點食都唔會過$200,一開波指定動作:豬骨湯底點解我咁強調一定要豬骨湯底?因為呢個湯底材料非~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~常多,基本上一個湯底可以唔使再叫南瓜,蘿蔔同粟米呢幾款蔬菜,咁就可以叫多D其他野!好多人打邊爐會叫N咁多round肥牛,呢度一round已經搞掂,因為每片肥牛又厚又大片,一碟超多片!!黎到呢度一定要叫gei就係黑柏葉,佢洗得好乾淨,每一片都好爽脆,可以中和左其他食物gei油膩感魚片頭舊舊都好大舊,而且特別彈牙,食到魚味,麵粉含量相對少另一推介係粟米豬肉餃,睇落好似好細舊,其實裡面非常扎實,一咬肉汁噴曬出黎,鮮味x100~打邊爐唔可以缺少gei響鈴,呢度都係皇牌,淥一下,真係一下好啦~呢個moment係最好食,脆得黎多湯汁食到呢個時候先食南瓜剛剛好~南瓜索曬豬骨湯gei精華,而且夠"林"身,好似食緊豆腐!!!對於蔬菜系gei我黎講,我最欣賞係佢D蔬菜真係好大份,所以打底絕對無問題,叫一份可以食到最
