觀塘打邊爐我本身鍾意去倫哥,而家發哥係同佢並列榜首。發哥主打海鮮粥底火鍋,佢得夜晚係做火鍋㗎咋,日頭係360冰室嚟。晚市有3個選擇,我同友人揀嘅係龍蝦餐 $288/位,包咗勁多嘢,有涼菜2碟、燉湯、蒜蓉泰醬焗青口、鮑魚、海鮮、牛肩肉、每檯8款火鍋配料、竹蔗水同汽水任飲。醬料費要每人$15。涼菜兩款都有少少辣,超醒胃。燉湯真材實料,不過有啲太油。焗青口配上蒜蓉同泰式辣醬,味道好香。竹蔗水係自家製,有得任飲㗎,健康過飲汽水多多聲。鮑魚有得揀新鮮定冰鎮,我就揀咗冰鎮,我都係第一次點胡麻醬咁食,彈牙之餘又帶芝麻香,好正。海鮮好新鮮,叫龍蝦餐每位有半隻龍蝦,有埋我鍾意食嘅貴妃蚌同蟶子,餐廳有列明每款海鮮嘅建議烹調時間做參考。我淥嘅龍蝦剛剛煮熟,肉質一啲都唔霉,仲好嫩滑𠻹。牛肩肉睇色澤都已經好吸引,牛味好出,脂肪唔算好多,肉嫩。火鍋配料有五十幾款選項,每檯可揀8款,其中最驚喜係有得揀花膠,識嘆嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過。食到咁上下個粥已經吸收哂精華,睇色水都知,食落帶鮮甜味,滿足。
