To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好食嘅茶餐廳推介俾大家啦焗鮮茄豬扒飯多士盒 多士盒是這裡另一招牌之作,必點。普通焗豬就食得多,配埋個多士黎食就真係第一次。 賣相一流,將港式焗豬飯同台式多士盒crossover,多士烤得鬆脆可口,毫不乾身。豬扒很軟腍,肉質鮮嫩,焗飯底選用蛋炒飯,然後放在多士盒焗煮,增添鮮茄焗豬扒飯的風味,炒飯軟硬適中,配上鮮茄汁,口感不錯。果然是招牌。整個多士盒非常飽肚。 抹茶雪山梳乎厘 最令人期待既巨型梳乎厘!剛出爐的梳乎厘賣相非常正, 一上枱真係好巨型呀 , 吸引了不少人注目。 烘到個邊燶燶地好香脆,加上內裏鬆軟幼滑的蛋白,梳乎厘在上枱後仍能保持堅挺。食落蛋白味香濃而不會過甜 ,口感綿密鬆軟。😋下層係蛋糕同抹茶,灑上薄薄一層抹茶粉,食到抹茶粉個味又唔會無哂蛋香味💓。 淡淡既抹茶香,味道不錯,份量非常大,足以三至四人分享。

最令人期待既巨型梳乎厘!
剛出爐的梳乎厘賣相非常正, 一上枱真係好巨型呀 , 吸引了不少人注目。 

烘到個邊燶燶地好香脆,加上內裏鬆軟幼滑的蛋白,梳乎厘在上枱後仍能保持堅挺。食落蛋白味香濃而不會過甜 ,口感綿密鬆軟。😋
下層係蛋糕同抹茶,灑上薄薄一層抹茶粉,食到抹茶粉個味又唔會無哂蛋香味💓。 
淡淡既抹茶香,味道不錯,份量非常大,足以三至四人分享。
