呢家餐廳都幾出名+我最近好想食海膽,於是決定一試!每份丼飯前都會先上一碗麵豉湯,居然都個湯都幾多配料,到主角們一上檯嘅時候我地都幾驚訝,兩碗都成座山咁,魚生多到見唔到飯˚ ᗨ ˚🥢三色海膽盛丼 ($359)作為海膽fans我見到咁多好似火山爆發出嚟嘅海膽真係超興奮(ᕑᗢᓫ∗)˒ 種類分別有韓國紫海膽、北海道馬糞海膽及加拿大海膽,各有層次,以北海道馬糞海膽最濃味,每啖都柔軟滑嫩,三樣再擺埋一齊食OMG真係好滿足🥢三段重大極上丼 ($398)配料唔少得我最鍾意嘅海膽😍 仲有吞拿魚蓉、三文魚籽、松業蟹肉等;海膽新鮮冇雪藏味,三文魚籽爆裂後帶點鹹香味,松業蟹肉更加係細嫩豐潤,再配上吞拿魚蓉同玉子蛋,超夾!爆丼屋啲丼真係幾爆,最後兩個食到捧住個肚走👍🏻

作為海膽fans我見到咁多好似火山爆發出嚟嘅海膽真係超興奮(ᕑᗢᓫ∗)˒ 種類分別有韓國紫海膽、北海道馬糞海膽及加拿大海膽,各有層次,以北海道馬糞海膽最濃味,每啖都柔軟滑嫩,三樣再擺埋一齊食OMG真係好滿足
