To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 只要我係上水,呢間小店跟本係我每一日既宵夜,真係幾好食,服務都..唔知點解,香港竟然仲有咁nice既店員。首先,豬頸肉我次次都會叫,一定係我首選最愛,佢個咖喱汁好食。其次就係雞,其實我次次都好苦惱,到底揀炸子雞定豉油雞好,呢間鋪唯一決點係我成日唔知揀邊樣好西檸蝦,呢個唔差極都唔夠我鐘意隻雞同豬頸肉至於湯,其實每次飲都覺得ok,不過只係個餐湯,始終唔係主角我都係第一次肯為一間野打食評,但呢間小店係值得支持!

至於湯,其實每次飲都覺得ok,不過只係個餐湯,始終唔係主角
