To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 換了是三幾個月前想去「十里洋場」食大閘蟹,晚間根本一位難求,但一個6點死線限聚令,即時打殘餐飲業。畢竟有危就有機,靈活多變的香港人,將戰場轉至平日不太顯眼的下午時段。繼「權八」及「安南」後,同集團「十里洋場」亦推出CP值超高的「經典淮揚下午茶套餐」,兩位用$338,當然要另收茶芥及加一服務費,不過睇完介紹,相信大家都會話抵食。餐廳位處銅鑼灣,地點極佳,入流暢旺而且出入方便,內裡擺設充滿昔日老上海的調子,分割成多個用餐區,更加適合情侶用膳。今個套餐分成「淮揚小品」及「精緻點心」兩大類,各以大蒸籠作區分,另有兩款粉麵(可選兩碗)及4款特色飲品(任選其二)。淮揚小品先以口感酸爽嘅「陳醋紅蜇頭」打頭陣,清清味蕾;當然少不了盡顯刀功嘅「蓑衣黃瓜」;很欣賞「水晶肴肉」的細膩肉香;而「金絲小排骨」及「四喜烤麩」味道正宗,絕不會令人失望,但個人最喜歡的,就一定係「黑松露珍珠燻溏心蛋」,將傳統的煙燻香氣揉合了黑松露的幽香,溏水蛋黃軟綿香滑,真是美味莫名。中間是開半的BB鴿最吸睛。套餐中亮點之一,莫過於「脆皮煙燻BB鴿」(每位半隻),BB鴿肉質結實,鴿皮瀰漫煙燻味,咬落微脆,若然可以配杯啤酒就正到一個點。

精緻點心(每款兩件)


無款點心都以獨立迷你蒸籠整齊擺放,再放入大蒸籠內。

先享用店方名物「金牌小籠包」,果然皮薄餡鮮,夾起包皮柔韌而不穿破,肉汁豐盈,個人覺得就算不蘸點任何醬汁,更能吃得出原有的鮮味。

雖然「十里洋場」主打滬菜,但想不到粵式點心依然游刃有餘,「帶子鳳眼餃」賣相可人,真的可以用精緻來形容,帶子肉質幼嫩,絕不會將貨就價,放上蟹籽及露筍,揉合了中日元素,令色澤多彩,很有玩味的氛圍。

「鮑魚火腿酥」外層酥皮鬆化,漲卜卜的賣相好吸引,餡料煙韌咸香,又是一道好啱配杯濃普洱的點心。

包點有「黑金流沙包」,包皮鬆軟,撕開兩半,內裡是熱燙的流沙漿,實在好邪惡,但又忍不住秒殺了。

有平日太太好鍾意食嘅「嫩雞煨麵 」,麵條煮得好稔,近乎入口即溶的感覺,將雞湯盡情吸收,相當對辨,雞肉質地嫩滑,小小的一碗啱啱好。

而另一碗係「雪菜筍絲肉絲湯麵」,鮮香味美,麵條柔韌,加些少豆瓣醬會更惹味。

而另一款係「麥米薏米檸檬水」,好香麥味,淡淡的酸甜,消減了不少油膩感。

仲有「菊花蜜桃柚子蜜」及「紅棗圓肉杞子茶」比大家選擇,係咪好「正」呢?
