之前介紹過大家樂超值下午茶,價錢抵之餘又好味,今日試下燒鴨瀨粉。有成六件燒鴨,當然每件細細舊啦!燒鴨皮唔太脆,浸左落湯度更淋,師傅算有良心,肉多過骨,肉好大陣燒鴨香味,但肉有點鞋鞋地。湯似乎係滾水沖,所以自己DIY,落美極調味

此餐最抵就係杯紅豆冰,大大杯,奶同紅豆都份量適中,冰唔會過多,紅豆雖然未至於起沙,但都好淋,不過不失

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
