日常去酒店食飯,都是自助餐的。今趟,我跟飯腳走進位於帝苑酒店3樓的 - Le Soleil由於餐廳位於3樓,不會被自助餐群影響。環境優雅,氣氛比較安靜外,亦可以欣賞酒店的環境。更加可以讓我重溫一下“子彈升降機”椅子令人坐得舒適,中間有花卉裝飾,很有空中庭園感覺。桌上放的植物擺設也是直的。餐前小食- 蝦片,跟平時買到的零食不同,很香脆,少許辣,完全不油膩。軟殼蟹青芒果沙律軟殼蟹炸得適中,很脆,不油。配合青芒果沙律,讓口腔充滿清新的感覺。完全是perfect match!頭盤小吃 - 春卷、蝦餅、豬頸肉及粉包最驚喜的是蝦餅及粉包蝦餅 - 炸粉不會很厚,跟出面食的很不一樣。粉包 - 皮薄薄,包得脹脹的,餡尤其多。香芒銀鱈魚魚皮煎得微焦又香脆,但魚肉仍是軟滑的,出色得很!蕃茄濃湯海鮮湯濛本是米線,但我轉了湯濛。Order 了Jumbo size ,亦請他們預先分開兩碗,食得方便。海鮮配料亦很豐富,蝦夠爽,魷魚帶子很新鮮。蕃茄湯底濃郁得令人涶涎三呎。
