呢到有一種走文風路線,環境舒服安靜,空間感好大。晚餐係有好多選擇,可以自由咁配。 前菜:香煎法式鵝肝配梅酒糖蛋 煎香鵝肝油脂滿載,外層煎到好香脆,內面做到好淋滑,仲有幾片青瓜一齊食就無咁油。食物及處理相當有水準。 磯煮南非鮑魚伴醬油漬三文魚籽 鮑魚做到好入味調味適中,熟成時間剛剛好,食落去相當爽彈。上面加入左三文魚籽,咬落爽脆,小小鹹香提昇鮮味。 濃濃既龍蝦湯,愈飲愈好飲。而且相當大碗份量好足,入面加入左大蝦同露片。 主菜黎之前,店員送上台灣盈香烏龍,用黎清清口腔。 爪魚走過油後好彈牙。 枝豆增加菜色色彩及菜式口感。意大利飯食落唔會生骨,入面仲加入左小小菇菌炒香。食落好香口。 豬胺我地叫左7成熟,黎到唔會太生剛剛好肉質唔會老。沾左肉汁一齊食好夠味。糖波蘿外層加左沙糖用,用火槍燒過做到外層蕉脆,波蘿好甜內面微暖。炒野菜好香口,千層薯做到好creamy。 是日甜品係抹茶咖啡慕絲蛋糕,好有抹茶味,又唔太甜。蛋糕好軟仲有小小咖啡味,食多幾個都唔會太肥。
