單是門面裝飾已經可以慰療一些久未能遊日的食家,在這條食街實在十分搶眼。雖然禁晚市堂食,但也一於支持飲食業,去捧場它新推出的二人套餐。當等待安排入座已被充滿地道日式佈置所吸引,撲實而不奢華。侍應殷勤介紹新推出的二人套餐,當然要捧場啦。首先侍應在席前用鮮漁湯慢煮釜飯,然後端來兩個醒胃前菜:凍辣蕃茄賣相大大個有咬口,而且又凍又够辣,可謂先來一個好印象,另一前菜柚子蘿蔔很清新。跟住的麻醬吞拿魚及自家沙律就保持水準。今天的刺身,廚師選了肥美的拖羅,每片都厚厚的簡直齒頰留香。其實已經半飽了,為了要留肚食主菜-海胆煱燒蓋飯,便將其餘兩個小吃暫緩上枱。這時飯已燒好,侍應捧上大大梳加拿大海胆,即席舖在飯面,再焗五分鐘,然後加上青森縣無菌蛋拌飯齊吃。一個字"正"。但原來好戲在後頭。釜飯的香脆飯焦加上鯛魚湯造成茶漬飯,一整煱釜飯被我們清晒,實在大滿足。但Menu還有清酒煮蜆和炸雞件,要慢慢品嚐,所以Order了兩杯日式梅酒送小吃,這頓飯足足吃了兩句鐘,隨了够chilI、够美味、更完全融入東瀛風。最重要是物超所值!
