今日行完山係港島就即時諗起佢。今日大約8點上到去,我地都拿了餐牌點未食過的野食先.....Bak kut the $88: 肉骨茶咁特別,但味道冇新加坡肉骨茶咁濃但海鮮味好重同清,一點吾會飲得辛苦。鮑魚好有口感同吸左少少肉骨茶味好道,蝦吾會梅好爽,整體味道特別,如果分量再多更好。Eddys baby pigeon $98: BB 鴿同之前食過一樣,夠熱同肉質嫩滑但面可以做到脆既效果。都係限量所以一黎就即問。Fresh sence $65: 如果覺得滯可以試下,青檸(叫佢再比多點酸更好),加上薄荷葉解到滯的感覺,不論這杯或加上酒都係我的最愛!~Cold prawn saland $128: 凍蝦肉質好實吾係梅,加上生洋䓤和酸汁,作為一個開胃小食不錯。還有係配白酒之推介,可以帶到白酒更香同濃。Pluma linguili $188:喜出望外!!豬肉今次比較另一款豬肉條淋身有更香更濃肉,有2款吾同豬肉口感選擇,意粉有黑椒味但吾會一層油係下面,仲有幾片菜作墊底,推介好味。Roasted pomfret $198: 魚肉質滑吾多骨,少少咸係魚度加上類似泰式酸汁的味道,但這個醬汁比出面味道更香同濃
