To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多人都成日話大家樂點差點差,我以前都係甘諗。近呢幾個月因為貪方便,就食樓下間分店。順利邨分店絕對好過好多收得仲貴嘅茶餐廳。雖然水準都會有上有落,但唔會相差好遠今日20230729柯打嘅係芥末廉汁煎雞胸意粉,我怕肥,所以走意粉。塊雞胸係煎得幾好,面少少脆,但入面係juicy!塊雞胸都幾厚同幾同幾重,控制得幾好!Like!我食過創紀之城一期嘅粟米汁雞胸紅米飯。佢嘅雞胸同順利邨當然係一樣啦,當就好乾同比較硬。間間分店嘅食材都是一樣,但煮嘅過程都好緊要!利申:有比錢,非打手
