To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「小雨天」間舖已好多年了!平時好多人下!以前和同事食過幾次,同事好喜歡佢既魯肉飯。今次OT見坩耐無食,就來試下,誰知!質素每況愈下!感覺不好食!(其實上次已覺差咗)叫左:小鍋米缐$22 + 冬菇、貢丸、雞翼(每款$6)另加特飲+$8 蜂蜜綠茶。後來回想起以前明明係用個小砂鍋的,現在變了綠色碗!配料有肉碎、芽菜、酸菜、芫茜、韮菜等〜「湯」以前小砂鍋盛住感覺好夠熱!🍲現在D湯唔得!不夠熱!!只是俾暖熱少少炸!味道普通又淡!!「米缐」係比較幼身個款!「貢丸」幾大粒下!但味道麻麻地,好少見貢丸裡面無端端有西芹的!因我不食西芹的,感覺討厭(D丸本身質素也麻麻地)。「雞翼」凍的,連暖的感覺也沒有!唯一係「冬菇」炆得夠入味,好味!飲品〜蜂蜜綠茶!幾好飲!
