Restaurant: TAI HING (Ma On Shan Plaza)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興燒味聽就聽得多,但今日真係第一次食。星期六一點左右,門口都有一堆人等緊。雖然得一個人,但都等左十幾分鐘。明明見到入面有幾張空桌,但冇人叫入,唔係幾好。去太興緊係叫碟燒味飯試試先啦。因個人喜好,就叫左叉燒拼油雞既雙拼飯,$61,比起出面有d貴,唔係咁大眾化。等左十分鐘,終於黎啦,賣相都幾好。叉燒係幾好食,肉身林得黎有d咬口。油雞就普普通通,不過一碟燒味飯既份量唔多,一個大男人未必夠食。 味道係比普遍出面好,因為肚餓既關系,唔夠七八分鐘就食完,哈哈。野飲就叫左杯凍奶茶,亦即冰鎮奶茶,廣告Eric Kwok飲既野飲。味道亦係比普遍出面好,唔太甜唔太溜,幾o岩我。因為冰鎮既關系,杯入邊係冇放冰,就算放耐左,奶茶唔會因為冰溶而稀釋變淡,唔錯。
