在帝京酒店內的這間大喜屋是我最愛的日式放題。它不但環境裝修得富麗堂皇,而且食物出品高質新鮮,還不時有些新料理,真是每次去都有驚喜。繼之前令人非常滿足的榴槤蓉後,今期主推海膽和香蔥芝麻拖羅小卷。餐廳使用的海膽是北海這海膽,入口即化,且有濃郁的奶油味,非常美味。香蔥芝麻拖羅小卷有好大份量的拖羅蓉,味道甘香,非常新鮮,大滿足。榴槤蓉仍然是無限供應。我最愛把它加到椰皇燕窩燉蛋白以及雪糕中,超級好食。至於其它刺身、壽司、燒物等等不一一介紹了,總之新鮮即叫即做,任點任食。—平日午市三小時放題成人$338,物超所值。
