To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去完旺角新世紀廣場睇完BB野,就一家人一齊上左去5樓呢間北京樓食晚餐。上次黎呢間北京樓已經係裝修前,相比之下,裝修後顯得更大、更新,坐得很舒服又唔會太迫。我地叫左個一鴨三食,有北京填鴨、炒雜錦粒配生菜和豆腐鴨架湯北京填鴨呢度都算幾好食,唔會好似上面其他普通酒樓咁,片左好多皮出黎,肉都算多,食落又唔會太肥,皮就略為嫌厚。豆腐鴨架湯就普通左少少,豆腐味多,冇乜鴨味。又唔係特別清甜。炒雜錦粒配生菜,炒得唔係太香,黎到又唔係好熱,個人覺得麻麻地。另外,我地叫左個煎黃魚。黃魚黎講,佢地都算大,煎得很香,肉質很滑,食落都仲想叫多兩條. haha,..總結,一鴨三食除左個主菜之外,其他都係麻麻地,下次黎會淨係叫一食。
