To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友聚會食晚飯,呢間餐廳開業多年一直full house,當日訂位已經滿座,要walk-in。職員話佢地有一半位會留俾walk-in客,五點半開始可以入座,幸好我當天可準時放工,早些安排座位。當天的朋友都不太能吃辣,所以食物選擇以少辣或無辣為主。軟殼蟹蘋果沙津:青蘋果酸酸地好開胃,而且軟殻蟹係我至愛,可惜軟殼蟹唔係即叫即炸,放了很久才上菜,放入口前已經淋掉,個菜因為隻蟹扣左分。越式粉皮包不過不失,熱辣辣上枱,內裡包有豬肉碎,上面舖有䓤同炸蒜。淋上少許醬汁,令人更期待下一道菜。明爐烏頭:每次食泰國菜我都忍唔住要點的一道菜,湯的酸度比正宗泰國菜館略淡,但魚湯好鮮甜,魚不是太多骨,很好味的一道菜,要記得把魚用湯煮一陣,魚肉吸收了湯的精華,更好吃。我連配菜都唔放過,酸菜同酸菇好開胃。馬拉盞通菜,呢間餐廳長期full house 係有原因。通菜好新鮮,味道調教得剛好,唔會太咸。唯一另人挑剔的係火喉唔夠。麵包咖哩雞,推薦的一道菜,因為造型得意,有麵包送咖喱食,唔洗另叫薄餅或法包,好抵,份量又十足,而且咖喱焗完好香,雞肉入味好淋。完全無諗過會咁surprise。不過喜歡辣咖喱的朋友不建議選擇,因為咖
