睽別三年的香港藝術館從新開館,帶著媽媽感受藝術創作,逛了幾小時,發現在出口的Hue,剛巧可以walk in 就誤打誤撞試了美食。

員工們的態度非常友善,幫我們存放大褸後,帶我們入座。在點餐的過程,基本上都是由外國人招待,餐牌是英文的,如有需要他們會請會廣東話的同事協助。

午餐有 2 或 3 courses ,有些選擇項目是需要另外加錢,你也可以選擇a la carte,水是要收費的。

雖然只是午餐,每上一道菜都會細心介紹一遍,令人更加深入了解每一道菜的材料。

整個用餐體驗令人十分滿意,頭盤更是有驚喜。如到香港藝術館,必定會再選擇在此用餐。
